Log into your Function of Beauty account.Return to the homepage and take the hair quiz by clicking Take The Quiz in the top banner.Select Subscribe With Benefits for each product you'd like.Complete your order via checkout, and your new subscription
Can I cancel an order I was just charged for?
Please note that due to the customized nature of our formulas, we cannot accept cancellations or apply refunds once your order has been processed. Your card will be charged on the scheduled charge date, which is your account at 12:00 AM Eastern Time.

When will I be notified about my upcoming subscription?
You’ll receive an email reminder at the address associated with your subscription 5 days before your next charge. Please note that once the subscription is charged, we’re unable to cancel or adjust the order.
How do I update my account shipping address?
If your order has already been processed, please contact us here as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address, but note that once the label has been created, we can’t re-route it or change the address. Any adjustments to the address w

It’s rare, but if your customized haircare or body care doesn’t meet your expectations, Function With Benefits members can request a one-time reformulation. Contact us here within 60 days of delivery—we’ll make it right!
