How do I update my account shipping address?Updated 8 days ago

1. Go to the Account menu and select My Subscriptions.
2. Select the pencil next to the address to edit the address.
3. Enter your new address into the fields provided.
4. Select Update Address.

If your order has already been processed, please contact us here as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address, but note that once the label has been created, we can’t re-route it or change the address. Any adjustments to the address will not reflect on an already processed order.
