Go to My Subscriptions in your account to update your formula, delivery frequency, billing/shipping info, or add/remove products. To cancel, select Cancel Subscription—cancellations apply to the next scheduled delivery. Fully customized orders cannot be refunded. You’ll get a confirmation email—if not within 24 hours, contact us here for help.
