How can I cancel my Function of Beauty order?Updated 3 months ago
Our policy states that, due to the customized nature of the products, all orders are nonrefundable and can not be canceled. This includes subscription orders. All orders are final once they are placed. This means orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after checkout.
This policy applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders. When a subscription order is generated, it automatically moves into processing so it can be prepared and shipped according to your selected schedule. For that reason, subscription orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been created.
If you have an upcoming subscription order you’d like to adjust, you can log in to your account at any time before the next order processes to skip, reschedule, or cancel your future deliveries.
